About the Show
A puppeteer, a cat and a PowerPoint presentation about quantum physics. What could possibly go wrong?
In The Cat Paradox, the magic of puppetry and a generous dose of humour are used to explore the famous thought experiment “Schrödinger’s Cat”.
But the cat has a few questions of its own, and little patience for being someone else’s experiment. As the cat takes over, a seemingly straightforward lecture unravels into a wild, funny and unsettling theatrical adventure.
Human and animal exchange roles, scientific certainty slips away, and the audience discovers that watching may be anything but an innocent activity.
Playfully moving between physical comedy, puppetry and philosophical inquiry, The Cat Paraodx explores our relationship with animals, our perception of time and space, and the irresistible human desire to make sense of everything—even when reality refuses to cooperate.
A journey that leaves us wondering who is observing whom, who is pulling the strings, and whether we can ever see the world as it truly is.
