About the show

What happens when we meet before we know the rules?

Ecotone is a playful theatrical installation exploring encounters with strangers and the unfamiliar. Performers and audience share situations in which nothing is quite settled: how to communicate, what is expected, and who makes the first move.

Small gestures become invitations—or misunderstandings.

Through uncertainty, humour and discovery, Ecotone invites us to question how we read others, negotiate a shared space and decide what happens next.
